Welcome to NAAAHR – Dallas Chapter

The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), a not-for-profit organization, exists to provide a national forum where African-American human resources practitioners and those who are aligned with our goals can share, gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting their individual careers and the global workforce. By doing this, we endeavor to increase the presence and leadership ability in minority talent at all levels, across all industries, both nationally and globally by facilitating conferences, symposiums, seminars, regional events, career fairs and building strategic alliances.

To provide resources for African Americans to become successful Human Resource professionals in the Dallas area through best practice sharing, HR skill enhancement, mentoring and networking.

In 2012, we’re introducing an HR Competency Model designed to strengthen your skills and capabilities. The competencies outlined in this model will be the focus of our chapter this year and beyond.

Pre-registration is January 20^th – February 8^th.

Members: Free for NAAAHR members who pre-register (please send email to info@naaahrdallas.org indicating interest in attending); $10.00 at the door

Nonmembers: $25.00 pre-registration; $35.00 at the door
